Troubleshooting
Most audio problems have simple causes. Start with the basics before investigating further.
4.1 Check the Basics First
⚠️ The Golden Rule
Before investigating complex causes, always check the two most common sources of audio problems: Is it powered on? and Is it muted? The vast majority of issues encountered during a service are caused by one of these two things.
4.1.1 Is it ON?
| Check | |
|---|---|
| Is the Stage Rack (Tio1608-D) powered on? | |
| Is the Netgear M4250 switch powered on? | |
| Is the TF3 console powered on? | |
| Are the FOH speakers powered on? | |
| Are the Shure SLX-D receivers powered on? | |
| Are the PSM300 IEM transmitters powered on? | |
| Are the wireless transmitter/bodypack batteries charged? |
4.1.2 Is it MUTED?
| Check | |
|---|---|
| Is the individual channel muted? | |
| Is the DCA group muted? | |
| Is the ST Master muted? | |
| Is the channel fader pulled down? | |
| Is the FOH speaker output muted? | |
| Is the IEM transmitter muted? |

4.3 Network & Connectivity
Dante Network
If the Tio1608-D is not visible on the TF3: check the M4250 switch is powered on, verify the D-PRI cable is connected at both ends, and allow 30 seconds for Dante to initialise before refreshing.
Wi-Fi Control
TF StageMix: connect to TSC-MIX-FOH. MonitorMix: connect to TSC-TF3-IEM. If apps cannot connect, verify the Teltonika router is powered on and the correct network is selected on the device.
