System Initialisation

Power on the system in the correct sequence, verify the Dante network is active, and recall the saved TF3 scene.

2.2.1

Power-On Sequence

Always power on in this order to protect the FOH speakers and allow the Dante network to establish before the console initialises.

FOH Speakers: Always Last On, First Off

Powering on the FOH speakers before the console is fully initialised can cause loud pops that may damage the speaker drivers. Always power speakers last.

Task
Power on the Stage Rack (Tio1608-D and Netgear M4250).
Power on the AV Ops Rack (Teltonika router first, then TF3).
Power on the Shure SLX-D wireless receivers.
Power on the Shure PSM300 IEM transmitters.
Power on the FOH speakers last.
2.2.2

Dante Network Verification

If Dante Devices Are Not Visible

Check that the D-PRI network cable is connected at both ends. Check that the Netgear M4250 is powered on. Allow an additional 30 seconds and refresh the Dante device list.

Task
On the TF3, navigate to Setup > Dante and confirm the Tio1608-D is visible as a Dante device.
Confirm all 16 input channels are patched from the Tio1608-D.
Confirm all output channels are patched to the Tio1608-D.
2.2.3

TF3 Scene Recall

Task
On the TF3, navigate to Scene > Recall.
Select the most recent saved scene (e.g., 'Sanctuary Church v1.0').
Confirm the recall. All channel settings, EQ, and routing will be restored.
Connect to TSC-MIX-FOH on your iPad and open TF StageMix to confirm remote control is working.
